Article 1 – Definitions
- Entrepreneur: Brends.online
- Customer: any person making a purchase
- Agreement: any order placed through our webshop
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every purchase made through our webshop.
Article 3 – The Offer
- Shipping within 1-7 business days
- Prices include VAT
- Product information is displayed as accurately as possible
Article 4 – The Agreement
An agreement is concluded as soon as payment is completed.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Within this period, the purchase can be cancelled without stating a reason.
Article 6 – Costs in case of withdrawal
The customer pays the return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 7 – The Price
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs (unless otherwise indicated).
Article 8 – Conformity & Warranty
We supply products that comply with the agreement.
Warranty conditions result from the manufacturer's warranty.
Article 9 – Delivery
Deliveries take place at the address provided by the customer.
Delays will be communicated immediately.
Article 10 – Payment
Payment takes place via the payment methods offered on the webshop.
Article 11 – Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via shop@brends.online.
We will respond within 14 days.
Article 12 – Disputes
Disputes will be handled according to Dutch law.
