1. What is the delivery time for my order?

We work with two stock locations:

  • Warehouse NL – Fast delivery: ordered before 17:00 = delivered tomorrow
  • Warehouse EU – Standard delivery: delivery time 3–7 working days

The expected delivery time is always clearly stated on the product page.

 

2. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email.

 

3. What are the shipping costs?

  • Netherlands: €5.95
  • Belgium: €7.95
  • Free shipping from €75,-

 

4. How can I return my order?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period.

5. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have processed your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. Can I exchange a product?

Yes. Please contact us at shop@brends.online to submit an exchange request.

 

7. Can I cancel my order?

This is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via shop@brends.online.


8. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Creditcard, Bancontact, Apple Pay and PayPal, among others.
