Return Policy – Brends.online

At Brends.online, we are committed to making you satisfied with your purchase. However, it can happen that an item does not fully meet your expectations. Therefore, you can return items without any problems.

 

Reflection Period (Right of Withdrawal) – 14 days

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

 

Conditions for returns

Returned items must be:

- complete

- unworn / undamaged

- in original condition & packaging (if reasonably possible)

- including all labels, accessories, and documents

Please note: We cannot accept returns of hygiene products and products that have been used.

 

Return procedure

Register your return via email: shop@brends.online or via your personal account.

- You will receive further instructions from us for returning the item.

- Pack the order securely and include the order number.

- Send your package to the provided return address.

 

Costs for return shipment

The costs for return shipment are for the customer, unless:

- the product was delivered defective

- the wrong item was received

 

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned package, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days to the same payment method used for the original order.

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

- Personalized items

- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., worn socks)

- Products that are damaged or incomplete due to use
