We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

 

Delivery time

Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM and shipped directly from our main location (Warehouse NL – fast delivery) will be shipped the same day with the carrier.

Orders originating from our second stock location (Warehouse EU – standard delivery) will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

 

The average delivery time within the Netherlands is:

1 business day for products with "fast delivery".

3–7 business days for products with "standard delivery".

 

The expected delivery time is always clearly stated during the ordering process.

Netherlands: €6.95

Belgium: €9.95

Free shipping in the Netherlands for orders over €100,-.

Free shipping in Belgium for orders over €150,-.

Track & Trace

After shipping, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email.

 

Not home?

If you are not home, the delivery person will leave a message with information about:

- a new delivery attempt

- pickup at a parcel point

- delivery to a neighbor

 

Not deliverable / delay

If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you immediately to find a suitable solution.
